Licensed Mental Health Counselor
I am a clinician at our Braintree clinic who provides therapy services!
My ideal client can present with a wide range of concerns—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, identity struggles, relationship issues, or navigating life transitions. What unites them is not the specific issue, but their willingness to engage authentically in the therapeutic process. They are curious about themselves, open to insight, and ready to make an honest effort toward growth and healing.
They may not have all the answers, but they come with a desire to learn and a commitment to change. They’re willing to explore difficult emotions, reflect on patterns, and do the work both in and outside of session. My ideal client can envision what they want out of therapy—even if that vision is still evolving—and they’re open to accepting my support in helping make that vision a reality.
I bring a flexible, client-centered approach rooted in respect, empathy, and collaboration. My experience includes working with diverse populations across a broad spectrum of identities, cultures, and presenting concerns. I’ve supported individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity exploration, and relationship challenges, among other issues.
I draw from a range of modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solutions-focused therapy (SFT),—and I tailor my work to meet each client where they are. I believe therapy is most effective when it honors the uniqueness of each person’s journey, and I’m committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with clients to understand their goals, strengths, and challenges, and adapt my style accordingly. Whether someone needs structure and skill-building, space to explore deeper emotional patterns, or a combination of both, I strive to offer support that is aligned with their needs and values. My role is to walk alongside them, helping them uncover insight, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward the life they envision.
I want clients to know that I’m genuinely excited to work with people and walk alongside them through whatever challenges they’re facing. I’m always eager to learn—about new perspectives, new approaches, and most importantly, about each person I meet in the therapy room. No issue is too small or too complex—I’m here to support you, and I welcome the opportunity to help you grow and heal at your own pace.
