Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

My name is Lynda Ikeogu, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who offers psychiatry services at our Boston: Brighton clinic!

I work mostly with adult populations; however, I am licensed to treat population across the life span. I am grounded in mental health with experience as a mental health worker, 19 years of experience as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, working with the adult population. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My passion for mental health enhances my skills in trauma-informed care.

As a Nurse Practitioner, my goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers individuals to participate in their health. My specialty focuses on preventive, educational, and holistic wellness. I offer a comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of different mental conditions, and health promotion through Motivational interviewing.
