Master Mental Health Counselor
My ideal client is a woman navigating the complexities of body image and self-esteem, particularly those who may be struggling with eating disorders or the challenges that come with aging and menopause. She is likely in her late teens and beyond, seeking a supportive environment to explore her feelings about her body, health, and identity. I also enjoy working with clients who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals navigating college life and the transitions and stress that come with this phase, as well as individuals dealing with disability and chronic pain.
The goals of my client are healing and recovery in a safe supportive space. My clients seeks tools for empowerment, emotional resilience, and authentic living.
I seek to provide a safe space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. I provide tools for clients to learn and implement into their daily lives to improve thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
I work using evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness Based approach’s. I also enjoy using IFS, Existential, and Psychodynamic theory to help clients explore thoughts and feelings on a deeper level. I can tailor my approach to best fit the needs of my client and what they are seeking.
