I am a clinician at our Boston – Government Center who provides therapy services!
I work with individuals who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, identity struggles, and relationship issues. You may be feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, uncertain about your path, or stuck in patterns that feel hard to break. At times, these struggles may be connected to difficult transitions such as a breakup, a loss, or a shift in how you see yourself. Therapy can be a supportive space to process what you are going through, explore your emotions, and begin building tools to help you feel more grounded, connected, and in control.
In our work together, I offer a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel truly heard.
My approach combines evidence-based practices like CBT and mindfulness with a family systems perspective, while always honoring your unique story and cultural background. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, improve your relationships, and reconnect with your strengths. You do not need to have everything figured out to begin. Together, we can take steps toward greater clarity, confidence, and connection in your life.
